We are currently seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team. As a union contractor , NCM is committed to skilled craftsmanship, quality work, safety, and building long-term careers in the construction industry. What You'll Do Build, set, and strip concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural concrete Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and layouts Measure, lay out, align, plumb, and level formwork Install and secure form systems, bracing, embeds, and related components Work closely with Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades to support project schedules Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Perform quality work while following project specifications and safety requirements What We're Looking For Experience as a Concrete Carpenter, Form Carpenter, or Commercial Carpenter preferred Ability to read construction drawings and perform basic layout Knowledge of concrete formwork and construction methods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work safely in an active construction environment and at heights Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team Union experience or membership preferred Why Join Northland?
