Job Description

Location:
Bloomington, MN We are seeking a skilled and dependable construction professional to join our team building high-quality custom homes. The ideal candidate has strong finish carpentry skills, experience installing cabinets and interior finishes, maintains a clean work environment, follows instructions well, and takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and mudroom cabinetry Install interior trim, doors, baseboards, and moldings Complete punch-list items and finish work Assist with fixture and accessory installation Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow plans, specifications, and company standards Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors Protect finished surfaces and maintain professional job site appearance Requirements 5+ years of residential construction experience Strong cabinet installation experience Experience with finish carpentry and interior trim work Ability to accurately measure, level, and install materials Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry construction materials Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Preferred Skills Tile installation Drywall repair and finishing Painting and touch-up work Fixture installation New construction experience What We Offer Competitive pay: $35per hour Steady year-round work Professional work environment Opportunity for growth Weekly pay Application Questions How many years of residential construction experience do you have?
