Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn the trade and develop their skills in carpentry. This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work alongside experienced carpenters on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in construction. Strong interest in carpentry and construction. Ability to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift 50 pounds.
