Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. Perform general carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and installing building materials. Help with framing, siding, decking, roofing, soffit and fascia installation, and exterior finish work. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites. Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites throughout the project. Follow instructions from lead carpenters and project supervisors. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Identify and communicate material needs or jobsite concerns. Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners and other trades. Follow all company safety procedures and use required protective equipment. Arrive on time, prepared to work, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship that reflects the Lakes Legacy Construction standard.
