What You'll Do Lead on-site residential remodeling projects from demo and framing through high-end finish carpentry. Run an organized, safe, and immaculate job site while guiding apprentices and trade partners. Read plans, complete material takeoffs, and schedule trade inspections ahead of schedule. Maintain direct, professional communication with our homeowners and design team. Manage daily logs and project tracking using an iPad. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on lead carpenter experience in residential remodeling (historic/older home experience preferred). High-level proficiency in framing, window/door installations, and detailed finish carpentry. Confident reading architectural blueprints and solving on-site structural challenges. Strong leadership rooted in clear communication and respect. Valid driver's license, reliable work vehicle, and a full set of professional-grade tools. Ready to build work you can be proud of?
