1st Shift - Experienced Journeyman Carpenter *$22 - 28/hr*

Job Summary Masterson Staffing is seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is a direct hire to our client company in Wyoming, MN. Duties ~ Construct casework, cabinets, furniture, and high-end millwork according to specifications. ~ Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial woodworking equipment to complete projects. ~ Build fixtures, desks, tables, and other custom wood products with precision and craftsmanship. ~ Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly. ~ Select, measure, cut, and assemble wood and related materials to required dimensions. ~ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop standards. ~ Inspect finished pieces for quality, durability, and alignment with design requirements. ~ Provide and maintain personal basic hand tools for daily use. ~ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and client deadlines.

Shift:

Monday

• Thursday, 6:00am
• 3:30pm, and Friday, 6:00am
• 10:00am, $22
• $28/hr Depending on experience.

Requirements:

Must have at least 4 full years of experience in a carpentry role. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs with no restrictions.
