Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter / Team Lead to join our construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead skilled carpentry projects, oversee daily operations on-site, and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate various construction activities, mentor junior team members, and deliver exceptional results across diverse projects. Your expertise in carpentry and leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Lead and supervise carpentry crews on multiple construction sites, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, roofing, drywall finishing, etc. Manage construction estimating tasks related to material needs and project scope adjustments Execute specialized tasks such as concrete forming, rebar installation, plumbing rough-ins, electrical installations, and more. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times Conduct heavy lifting and assist with remodeling or restoration projects as needed Support training of team members in technical skills such as fixture installation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, electrical experience Experience Proven experience in construction or carpentry roles Demonstrated leadership skills with previous team supervision or crew lead responsibilities Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Dependable and shows up ready to work Valid drivers license required Positive attitude and team mindset Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and leading teams to deliver outstanding construction solutions. $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
