Experienced Deck Builder (3+ Years) We're looking for a skilled deck builder to join our crew in Fenton, MO. If you've been building for 3+ years, know how to lay out framing, cut stairs, install composite decking, and run a clean site — let's talk.
Must Have:
3+ years deck or framing experience Own hand tools + reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work solo or with a crew Familiar with code, composite, and rail systems
