Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Carpenter Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and assembly of molds (forms) used to create high-quality architectural and structural concrete. You are the first step in our precision manufacturing process, ensuring that every piece is built to exact blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production schedulesMeasure, cut, and assemble formwork to precise specificationsSet up and align forms, bulkheads, and blockouts for precast concrete poursEnsure forms are square, level, and properly secured prior to pouringInstall embedded items such as anchors, plates, and reinforcing componentsApply release agents and prepare forms for concrete placementInspect forms for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirementsStrip, clean, and reset forms after concrete has curedMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety proceduresCollaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to meet production goals

Qualifications:
