We handle high-quality residential and commercial framing across the Jefferson City area. Whether you are a skilled lead carpenter who takes pride in a square layout or a hungry hand looking to build a career in the skilled trades, we have a spot for you if you show up on time and work hard.

How Our Pay Scale Breaks Down:

We believe in paying for performance and skill. Your starting wage within our $17

• 28 range will depend on what you bring to the jobsite on day one: Top Tier ($24
• $28/hr): Experienced framers. Fully independent. You can read structural blueprints, handle framing and roof layouts, cut stairs, and keep the work moving efficiently without hand-holding. Mid Tier ($21
• $24/hr): Carpentry hands. You know your way around a jobsite, own your framing gear, and can layout walls, sheet floors, and handle standard framing cuts quickly and safely. Entry Tier ($17
• $20/hr): Crew hands / Apprentices.

Minimal framing experience, but you have a strong work ethic, a reliable vehicle, a basic tool setup, and a desire to learn the trade from a crew that does things the right way.

Work alongside a professional, team-oriented crew that knows the trade and uses quality equipment to get the job done right. Mandatory Requirements (The Dealbreakers): To keep our crew running safely and efficiently, you MUST meet the following criteria before applying. We verify these on day one:

Transportation:

A reliable, personal truck or vehicle capable of getting you and your tools to various jobsites in the Jefferson City area on time, every single day.

Tools:

A personal tool bags setup appropriate for your experience level (bags, speed square, tape measure, framing hammer, utility knife, etc.). Large power tools and cordless gear are provided by the company.

Attitude:

Show up on time, ready to work with the team. We have zero tolerance for jobsite drama, unexcused no-shows, or poor safety habits.

A Typical Day Looks Like:

Reviewing blueprints and framing layouts with the crew leader. Framing floors, walls, and roof systems using clean, precise cutting techniques. Safely operating framing nailers, miter saws, and specialized cutting gear. Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly efficient jobsite from morning setup to afternoon teardown.
