This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the site — managing people, schedule, materials, equipment, and safety every single day. If you're a communicator first and a builder second, you'll fit right in.

• What You'll Be Responsible For
• Leading all field operations including layout, framing, and punch completion
• Assigning and communicating daily and weekly tasks to subcontractors and crew
• Walking the jobsite multiple times daily to inspect work quality and safety
• Reviewing plans, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals ahead of each phase
• Maintaining daily documentation in Fieldwire (equipment logs, production percentages, daily reports)
• Attending and leading pre-construction and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Submitting RFCs and maintaining ongoing email communication with the GC
• Managing material and equipment inventory throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting weekly Toolbox Safety Talks
• Planning one day and one week ahead — always
• What We're Looking For
• 5-10 years of experience in wood framing or residential/commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of framing industry standards (floor plans, wall sections, ATS, holddowns, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and hold crews accountable
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
• Comfortable with jobsite technology (Fieldwire experience a plus)
