Construction Framer Carpenter

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Construction Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks for various building projects, ensuring structural integrity and precision. Your expertise in framing, metal building erection, concrete forming, and related carpentry skills will be vital to delivering high-quality results on time and within safety standards. Responsibilities Erect metal buildings, including framing and structural supports, utilizing schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. Install concrete forms and rebar for foundations, walls, and other structural elements, adhering to engineering specifications. Perform framing tasks such as wood and metal stud framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and stucco application. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials efficiently. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities and ensure compliance with design plans. Conduct masonry work including plastering, restoration, and concrete finishing to achieve smooth surfaces and durable finishes. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate site activities, manage schedules, and uphold safety protocols during heavy lifting and site operations. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing carpentry, metal building erection, or related fields. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, levels, as well as power tools required for framing and finishing tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry techniques including stucco and plastering. Familiarity with roofing systems, siding installation, woodworking projects, and remodeling processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in all aspects of construction work. Valid construction site experience with a commitment to safety standards; certifications in welding or heavy equipment operation are a plus.
