We are seeking an energetic Experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline hero responsible for safely towing vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring smooth operations across various roadside situations. Your mechanical skills, driving expertise, and positive attitude will drive success as you deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job. We're a very fast-paced towing company handling a high volume of calls daily, including accidents and recoveries. We're looking for someone who can keep up. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel lift, to recover and transport vehicles in a variety of roadside scenarios. Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring damage-free handling using appropriate equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally. Handle conflict calmly and effectively, maintaining a positive experience for all parties involved. Perform routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols during vehicle recovery operations, including proper use of safety gear and adherence to traffic laws. Load and unload vehicles efficiently while managing multiple jobs throughout your shift to maximize productivity. Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities, including logs, incident reports, photos, and vehicle details. Requirements

MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Ability to work either 7am-5pm or 2pm-12am. Valid MO Class E driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory. Verifiable experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic roadside assistance. Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment such as snatch block, winch, skates, dollies, wheel lift. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict professionally under pressure. Knowledge of load securing techniques and safety standards for vehicle recovery operations. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing in/out of trucks, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
