Framing Carpenter

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working entry-level framer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone new to the trade who wants to learn residential framing from the ground up. You will work alongside experienced crew members building homes and structures while developing valuable skills in carpentry. Key Responsibilities Assist in framing residential structures (walls, floors, roofs) Measure, cut, and assemble lumber under supervision Load, unload, and organize materials on job sites Use basic hand tools and power tools (training provided) Follow blueprints and directions from lead framers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Help with layout, wall raising, and general site prep Perform general labor tasks as needed Requirements No prior framing experience required (willing to train) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic math and measuring skills (preferred but not required) Preferred (Not Required) Experience in construction or labor work Familiarity with tools (tape measure, circular saw, nail gun) OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) Work Environment Outdoor construction sites Physically demanding (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods) Fast-paced team environment Pay & Growth Starting pay: $XX-$XX/hour (based on experience) Opportunity for raises based on performance Clear path to become a skilled framer or crew lead On-the-job training provided What We're Looking For We want someone who: Shows up on time Takes direction well Hustles and stays busy Wants to grow into a skilled tradesperson
