Job Description
- Multi-Trade Remodeling Contractor / Crew Needed — Consistent Work
- We are looking for an experienced remodeling contractor, handyman, or small crew in the St. Louis area for consistent interior remodeling and repair work. We are specifically looking for someone who can handle
- multiple trades
- and take a project from start to finish without us needing to hire a different person for every part of the job.
Typical work may include:
- Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
- Interior painting
- LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring
- Baseboard, trim, doors, and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Framing and general carpentry
- Minor plumbing and electrical-related repair work where permitted
- General repairs and punch-list work We are open to working with an experienced individual contractor or an established crew. This is
- subcontract/project-based work
- , not a traditional hourly employee position. Most projects will be priced by the job or scope of work. Smaller repairs may occasionally be paid hourly. We are looking for someone who:
- Produces quality work
- Shows up when they say they will
- Communicates well
- Can manage multiple aspects of a remodeling project
- Has their own tools and transportation
- Is insured or willing to obtain insurance
