The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety within our clients home. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on clients windows and doors to maintain good working order, or replace. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and troubleshooting issues. Repairs on roofing and siding when needed. Installation of household fixtures and appliances i.e. ceiling fans, lights, outlets, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves etc. Small remodeling projects. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Provide leadership in maintenance projects, guiding less experienced staff when necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring satisfaction with completed work. Experience Proven experience in residential maintenance with a well rounded experience level in construction and maintenance. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is preferred. Experience using power tool and hand held tools Experience with general construction Experience with windows/doors as well as with roofing and siding Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
