Real Estate Development Strategies, LLC is seeking a part-time residential carpenter who has broad experience on residential housing projects and some commercial build outs. SKILLS Framing Roofing Painting Trim carpentry Drywall Flooring Plumbing Light electrical Ability to read plans Subs coordination Schedule driven Self Starter Part time Many of our projects are rentals or speculative so a self-driven person who can be trusted is key to this position. A good driving record as well as background check is needed. This position is a field working one. All aspects of interior and exterior maintenance, protections, repair, as well as the building skills is part of it. The candidate needs to be well-rounded and able to work independently to be successful in this position. There is endless growth potential for a motivated candidate. The job is part time and can grow as we are looking for someone who needs more work or jobs but has some of their own.
