Deliver standout customer service to homeowners from start to finish Plan and run a clean, organized job site Manage your materials and equipment Represent House Doctors STL You're a Fit If You… Have General Liability and Workers Comp insurance Have 5 to 10+ years of hands-on remodeling or trade experience Able to deliver top build result that meet code requirements on every job Hold the required license and can pull permits (for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC roles) Dependable, organized, clean and neat, and take pride in your work Genuinely enjoy working with homeowners and making their day Are comfortable learning a few basic apps and computer systems Can handle physical work, including bending, lifting 50+ lbs, and running tools all day Have a valid driver's license Want year-round, long-term work with a team that's going places Ready to Do the Work You Love, on Your Terms?
