This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in carpentry, construction estimating, and hands-on fabrication, who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. As a , you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of projects, from remodeling and restoration to new construction, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards. Your expertise will help us complete projects efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Perform detailed construction estimating to accurately assess project scope, materials, and labor needs. Execute trim, frame, and metal stud carpentry with precision using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and fabrication tasks. Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and roofing components with attention to detail. Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration as needed. Operate CNC machinery for fabrication tasks when required; assist with metal fabrication and assembly projects. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites. Perform drywall finishing, caulking, painting, mold remediation, plumbing, electrical work, and other restoration industry tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule; interpret schematics and technical instructions accurately. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim, framing, metal stud), and general construction site work. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and CNC machinery. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; experience with schematic interpretation is essential. Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing systems, siding installation, and flooring/layering techniques. Familiarity with restoration processes such as water damage remediation and mold removal industry standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically capable of working on elevated or uneven surfaces for extended periods. Experience with fixture installation—including doors and cabinetry—and general remodeling projects. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety protocols and quality standards. Prior experience working on construction sites or within the restoration industry is highly desirable; certification in related fields is a plus.
