Job Description
Commercial woodworking company is seeking to hire for various positions from skilled woodworking craftsmen to entry level general labor. Ideal candidates are people who are seeking a company that places importance on developing people's careers vs. just providing a job.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate wooden and plastic laminate cabinetry
- Construct custom millwork, casework, and countertops from detailed shop drawings
- Work as a team member building components of larger millwork projects
Skills Required:
- 2 years minimum experience in the trade
- Competency in measuring and dimensioning as well as interpreting architectural drawings
- Experience with laminating panels, sizing parts and constructing case goods
- Good communication skills
Skills Preferred:
- Experience with solid surface material and/or metalwork
- Ability to support onsite project installations
- Ability to travel overnight
