Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling to whatever needs to be done. You will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every job site. This position is paid and ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools, including framing, siding, cabinetry, and fixtures Read house plans and drawings Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks with precision and safety awareness Assist with demolition, restoration Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining proper safety protocols Install doors, windows, flooring, tile, drywall and other finishing materials Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of various trades including framing, trim carpentry, roofing, and drywall installation Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, sanders) safely and effectively Ability to read house plans and schematics accurately for precise project execution Familiarity with construction estimating processes and blueprint reading is a plus Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation or the restoration industry is advantageous Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on-site in various weather conditions Knowledge of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is beneficial Ability to work well independently or as part of a team Join us to build quality structures while advancing your skills.
