If you're the person everyone turns to when the trim has to look right , something isn't square, a difficult door needs to operate correctly, or a newer carpenter needs help—we'd like to talk with you. Reynolds Window & Door is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Finish Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship and is ready for more independence and an opportunity to lead. Already running a crew? Great. Never had the Lead Carpenter title, but you're the person everyone counts on to get it right? We want to talk to you too. What You'll Do Lead a small window and door installation crew Perform high-quality finish and trim carpentry Install residential and commercial windows and doors Troubleshoot openings and solve field problems Train and develop less-experienced installers Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards Communicate professionally with customers and contractors Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Strong finish and trim carpentry skills Solid residential construction experience Excellent attention to detail Conscientious—you care about getting it right Ability to lead, teach, and work well with others Good problem-solving and communication skills Window and door experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and good driving record We'll teach you our specific window and door installation methods, including

ASTM E2112.
