Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our property service team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across our building interior and exterior spaces. Exterior could include mowing, weeding and outside clean-up. Depends on the needs of our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hands-on work, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills to make a tangible impact every day. Duties Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, door and window repairs, and furniture assembly using hand tools and power tools. Assist with painting projects such as touch-ups or full-room repainting to uphold building aesthetics; perform maintenance painting as part of routine upkeep. Mowing, weeding and mulching. Operation of skid steer, excavator or CDL license a plus Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards while providing excellent customer service to internal clients. Experience Proven experience in maintenance, repair, carpentry and mechanical repairs. Hands-on experience with and use of hand tools.
