Job Title:
Construction Framer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Construction Framer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform basic framing tasks for walls, doors, and windows in new construction projects. This role involves measuring and cutting wood pieces to size, utilizing a range of hand and power tools, and maintaining a clean work site. Responsibilities Perform basic framing of walls, doors, and windows for new construction. Measure and cut wood pieces accurately to size. Utilize a variety of tools including measuring tapes, nail guns, hand tools, and power tools. Ensure the work site is clean and organized. Assist in other areas as needed to support the team. Essential Skills Construction experience Carpentry skills Framing techniques Proficiency with hand and power tools Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in construction or framing Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, with opportunities for additional hours during the week and weekends, offering 10-15+ hours of overtime weekly. The majority of the work will be performed outdoors. Steel boots are required, and all other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Shepherd, MT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
