Job Description
Martel Construction - Wood Framing Carpenters (Whitefish / Kalispell) Employment type: Full-time Martel Construction, Inc. is currently recruiting experienced wood framing carpenters to join our team on our Whitefish High School Project. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and detailed framing scopes, including structural framing, and complex layouts on a premium project in our Flathead Market. Our firm, founded in 1960, provides construction services from offices in Bozeman, Bigfork, and Missoula, MT.

square foot state-of-the-art millwork shop in Missoula supports the entire company.Join Our Team:
Commercial and Custom Residential Framing Carpenters Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of wood framing, including walls, floors, roof systems, and structural components
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of framing experience
- Strong understanding of framing systems, layout and construction methods
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate measurements and cuts
- Commitment to jobsite safety
- Positive team-oriented attitude.
