Kitchen and bathroom remodeling/Working Superintendent. Must have a positive attitude with quality workmanship. Obtaining expertise in tile, trim, paint, framing, drywall, etc. is a huge plus. Must also be able to do light plumbing and electrical work, as needed. Working from start of project to finish is preferred
We Provide:
Excellent pay system, bonus earn up to $15,000 per year, vehicle allowance, paid holidays, paid vacation, immediate start, year round work.

MAJOR GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Make sure jobs are properly installed at desired profit level. Maintain stability with trades and employees. Oversee various production problems thatoccur in the field. Observe, listen and problem solve questions and concerns from management teamand homeowners. Ensure quality craftsmanship and excellent customer services. 2.

MASTER CARPENTER ESSENTIAL DUTIES
(75% of time)Perform carpenter duties to complete projectsMay include demo, carpentry, and tileDrywall, minor electric and plumbingCabinet installation and finish trim, and etcPerform service calls on projects with no subcontractor availablePerform punch-list and gap issued related to projects and subcontractor needs. 4.
SUPERINTENDENT ESSENTIAL DUTIES
(25% of time) Motivate subcontractors Monitor jobs in progress and collect progress payments Supervise construction quality and workforce productivity Be on the front line for customer complaints- prevent from escalating and solve problemse. Supervise cleanliness of jobsites Supervise communication with clients, vendors and subcontractors Meet with homeowners often to review progress of job Be present on job walk through's and pre-construction meetings Coordinate trades on an ongoing basis Purchase materials are needed Monitor presence of job signs (add and remove as necessary) Maintain completion schedule on projects- start on times, finish on time- complete at or underbudget and profitable Remove people not suitable for high standards of The RCB Construction Management Review of Subcontractors and material invoices 5.
