The duties include primarily physical work, operation of various power tools and equipment, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Takes direction from the Construction Manager and Installation Supervisor who will oversee all phases of the clean room installation Perform maintenance and preventative checks on existing cleanrooms. Ensure quality work is performed at all times. Show up on time. Limit cell phone usage to emergencies or during designated break times. Always wear proper PPE. Follow standard safety procedures outlined by QAS leadership and the client Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines. Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Hands-on experience with residential carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and woodworking techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for woodworking and general construction tasks. Familiarity with wood construction materials such as siding, flooring materials, and metal studs. Experience in construction site safety practices including proper use of power tools and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to perform rebar installation, stucco application, caulking, plastering, and mold remediation as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in restoration or remodeling projects.
