English Driver's License Full Job Description Overview:
Seeking a skilled Carpenter to perform structural repairs and reconstruction following water, fire, and storm damage. This role involves framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and general carpentry tasks to restore homes and commercial properties to pre‑loss condition. Works closely with Project Managers and restoration crews.
Responsibilities:
Perform structural and finish carpentry: framing, drywall hanging/finishing, trim, doors, flooring, cabinetry repairs Complete rebuild tasks after mitigation is finished Read scopes of work and follow project plans accurately Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure work meets company quality standards and code requirements
Requirements:
Proven carpentry experience (residential or light commercial) Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in active construction environments Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Preferred:
Experience in restoration or insurance‑related repairs Knowledge of moisture‑related structural issues Ability to complete small repairs independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) IICRC or trade certifications are a plus
