Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational activities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills and contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with residential renovation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks, sunrooms, additions etc.) Perform demolition, framing, drywall, trim work, and general construction tasks Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies Work efficiently as part of a team and follow project timelines Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision to complete assigned tasks Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and work areas Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a safe, organized workspace Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to job sites and punctuality are essential Join us in building a safer, more efficient work environment!
