We are looking for someone experienced in mitering and coping trim for outdoor flower beds. This job involves creating clean, precise angles and professional‑grade trim finishes around landscaping areas. In this role, you will be responsible for precise cutting, shaping, and fitting of wood and other materials to ensure seamless finishes. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship. Helping us deliver exceptional results that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Measure, cut, miter, and cope wood components using hand tools and power tools to achieve accurate joints and seamless finishes for corners and edging Read blueprints, and detailed drawings to determine precise dimensions and installation requirements Fabricate custom trim pieces Preform clean coping for tight, seamless joints Prepare surfaces by caulking, sanding, or finishing to ensure smooth transitions and professional appearance Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry with a focus on mitering and coping techniques in residential or commercial projects (required) Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers), power tools (routers, drills), and CNC machinery is preferred Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, and construction estimating processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling large or awkward materials Familiarity with construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations Experience with related trades such as framing carpentry, drywall installation, roofing, or flooring is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in fabrication and installation tasks Must have reliable transportation We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can deliver clean, precise trim work for exterior flower bed projects.
