Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, from framing and trim work to restoration and remodeling projects. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry work with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing materials. Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, stucco application, and metal stud framing as needed. Assist with water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, caulking, and construction painting projects. Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site using woodworking techniques or CNC machinery. Support remodeling efforts by installing flooring, tiles, water lines (plumbing), electrical fixtures (electrical experience), and other building elements. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in carpentry disciplines such as framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with schematics is highly desirable. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Experience with heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, drywall installation (including plastering), roofing, siding, and stucco application. Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed craftsmanship in various materials including wood, metal studs, concrete forms, and masonry. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites including proper handling of tools and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or challenges. Previous experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage remediation or mold removal is advantageous. Join our team if you're passionate about building excellence!
