If you like staying busy, moving fast, and seeing a whole home come together in days instead of months, our factory floor is for you. Axhoj Enterprises is a design/build company building modular homes and components in our manufacturing facility in Pageland SC. We have a lot of production ahead of us and need hard-working people to help us build it. Because we build indoors, there are no rain-outs, no mud, and no chasing work from job site to job site. You get steady hours and a consistent paycheck. What You'll Do Frame walls, floors, and roof systems for modular homes in a production setting Work with both wood and light-gauge steel framing Install interior finishes, including trim, doors, cabinets, and other finish carpentry Read plans and build to spec with accuracy and speed Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Experience in framing, general construction, or finish carpentry (1+ years preferred; we'll consider strong candidates with less) Steel framing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Comfortable with hand tools and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills) Ability to read a tape measure and follow plans A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great energetic attitude People who take pride in doing quality work and like to keep moving Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly On your feet for a full shift, with frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round indoor work
