We specialize heavily in bathroom remodels and interior renovations, and I'm looking for somebody who can walk onto a job and actually get things done without needing constant supervision. This is not an entry-level position. The right person should be comfortable with most of the following: Bathroom demolition Framing and blocking General carpentry Vanity and cabinet installation Interior doors Baseboard and trim Drywall repairs and patching Shower and bathroom prep Flooring prep Installing accessories and hardware Punch-list work Troubleshooting problems that come up during remodels Keeping a clean, professional jobsite Tile experience is a plus, but it is not required. We use licensed trades where required and have subcontractors for specialty work. I'm mainly looking for a strong all-around remodeler/carpenter who can handle the day-to-day construction work involved in completing bathrooms and other interior remodeling projects. What I'm looking for: Several years of remodeling or carpentry experience Dependable and shows up when expected Good attention to detail Comfortable working inside customers' homes Able to work independently Own basic hand tools Reliable transportation Good attitude and able to work with a team Takes pride in the finished product

Pay:

$25-$35+ per hour depending on experience and ability. If you are highly experienced and capable of running remodeling projects, I'm willing to pay accordingly.

Stag Construction is a local, family-owned licensed general contractor specializing in bathroom remodeling and residential renovations.
