ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a residential general contracting company based in Oxford, NC. We build homes from the ground up and handle a wide range of residential projects — new construction, remodels, additions, decks, framing, trim, and repairs. Our work takes us across Granville, Vance, Durham, and Orange counties. We're looking for a dependable carpenter who takes pride in their work and can operate independently on site without constant direction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Rough framing on new home construction — walls, floors, roofs, and structural elements Finish carpentry — trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and detail work Build and repair decks, fencing, stairs, and other outdoor structures Remodels and additions — kitchens, bathrooms, room conversions, and structural modifications Repairs and maintenance on existing residential structures
REQUIREMENTS
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — I-9 employment eligibility verification required before starting At least apprentice-level carpentry experience — deck building, framing, new construction, remodeling, or comparable hands-on work Reliable transportation — job sites span Oxford, Henderson, Durham, and surrounding areas Valid driver's license Personal tool belt with basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.) Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay:
