Successful applicants will have at least 3 years experience constructing and dismantling concrete forms for bridges, culverts and walls, and finishing concrete surfaces. Fred Smith Company is an E-Verify Participant. Job Overview Fred Smith Company is hiring an experienced and dependable Concrete Form Carpenter / Finisher. This position involves constructing and installing concrete forms, placing and finishing concrete, and completing projects safely and according to specifications.
