Custom Cabinets and Renovations is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers/Carpenters. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Hourly range is between 20-40 hours a week with the ability to start immediately. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks across multiple trades, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or expand their skills in construction and property improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with residential remodeling projects Perform general home maintenance tasks Support landscaping and outdoor improvement work Participate in general construction duties as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Custom cabinetry work

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability are essential Must have your own transportation Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions Experience in construction or related fields is preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and be trained

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, based on experience and skill level Higher pay rates available for candidates who provide their own tools Tools can be provided if needed
