Job Description
Lead Carpenter / Foreman — Coastal NC Residential Remodeling We are building out crews for growing residential remodeling contractors along the coastal NC region (Swansboro / Jacksonville / New Bern area). We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter or Foreman to run day-to-day work on full home remodel projects — framing, finish carpentry, and coordinating the rest of the crew on site. What you'd be doing: Leading a small crew through complete home remodel projects, start to finish Reading plans and keeping work on schedule and up to code Coordinating with the site supervisor and any subcontractors on site Quality control on framing and finish work Some hands-on carpentry alongside crew supervision What we're looking for: Solid carpentry experience, ideally with some lead or supervisory background Comfortable running a crew independently Reliable transportation Residential remodel experience preferred but not required
Pay:
Range depending on experience Full-time, steady work — multiple projects lined up well into 2027Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per weekWork Location:
