Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt to change with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry including math skills, quality, and efficiency.
- Physically fit and able to regularly lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet in various weather conditions (hot or cold) for extended periods of time.
- Be comfortable on a scaffold.
- Tool belt and basic hand tools are required (any other power tools are a plus).
- Ability to work with a small or large crew of people.
- Must be dependable and maintain a strong sense of integrity and work ethic.
- We are also looking for sub contractors that have their own insurance.
- This is a basic carpentry position.
