• _ •What you'll be doing as a

Journeyman Carpenter:

• + Use various tools to cut and craft wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall + Employ hand tools such as squares, levels, and chisels, and power tools like sanders, circular saws, nail guns, and welding machines + Fasten materials together using nails, screws, staples, and adhesives, and perform a final check to ensure accuracy + Use a tape measure on nearly every project to reduce waste and ensure that cut pieces are the correct size •

• Job Requirements:

• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + 2-5 years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry preferred + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division + Ability to read blueprints + Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 pounds to load and unload wood and other materials, as well as transport tools and materials to and from the jobsite •Ready to take control of the way you work?
