Responsibilities Building wooden projects Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing layouts. Erect building frameworks. Execute precise carpentry work such as trim carpentry, drywall installation, and woodworking to ensure finished quality. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for framing, roofing, siding, and other construction tasks. Measure dimensions accurately with tape measures and perform dimensional measurements to meet project standards. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure adherence to construction plans and schedules. Requirements Proven experience in house framing, metal building erection, or related construction roles. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
