Job Description
Thriv Construction LLC is hiring a skilled Carpenter to help with residential and commercial construction projects from day-to-day on site. This position is ideal for someone who brings strong carpentry experience, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. What you'll do: Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to keep projects moving Perform skilled carpentry work Review plans, measurements, and specifications to ensure accuracy Identify jobsite issues early and resolve them efficiently Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Conduct site checks to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety compliance Help ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards Use project management tools such as Procore for scheduling, communication, and documentation Assist with reviewing budgets, estimates, and project-related documentation Skills and experience: Minimum 5 years of residential construction carpentry experience Strong background in multiple phases of residential construction, including: Wood and metal framing Drywall and drywall finishing Interior and exterior painting Trim, doors, cabinetry, and other interior carpentry Siding, soffit, and fascia Tile flooring and backsplash installation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Working knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA standards Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic project software Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
