Finish Carpenter /
Finish Work Specialist Location:
Linden Estates Retirement Community - North Platte, NE Linden Estates is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to support renovation and improvement projects at Linden Estates Retirement Community. This position is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in producing high-quality finish work while working in an occupied senior living environment where professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Install and repair trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, and other finish carpentry elements Hang and adjust interior doors, hardware, and accessories Assist with cabinetry installation, modifications, and repairs Complete punch-list and remodeling projects with a high level of craftsmanship Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately and efficiently Maintain clean and safe work areas, minimizing disruption to residents and staff Collaborate with maintenance, project managers, and community leadership on renovation projects Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in finish carpentry, trim work, or remodeling Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and tools Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Professional demeanor and ability to interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff Preferred Qualifications Experience working in occupied facilities such as senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multifamily communities Cabinet installation and custom woodworking experience General construction and remodeling knowledge What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, year-round work Positive team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that enhance the resident experience Why Join Linden Estates maintenance team?
