Job Description

About Us We are a high-end residential framing company specializing in custom homes and complex builds. Our projects are not typical—most homes are highly detailed, architecturally unique, and demand precision from start to finish. We are looking for a skilled lead framer who can take ownership of a project, lead a crew, and consistently deliver high-quality work. What You'll Do Lead a crew of framers on custom residential builds and remodels Read and interpret plans, layouts, and structural details Coordinate daily workflow and keep projects moving efficiently Ensure work meets high standards for quality and accuracy Communicate with project managers and superintendents. Train and develop less experienced crew members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site What We're Looking For 2+ years framing experience (custom residential preferred) Proven ability to lead a crew and run a job site Strong understanding of layouts, elevations, and structural framing Ability to problem-solve and adapt on complex builds High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable, accountable, and consistent work ethic Bonus If You Have Experience with high-end custom homes Ability to read and execute complex architectural plans independently Experience coordinating with multiple trades Equipment operation experience (telehandler, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience $28-$45 Opportunity for leadership growth and increased responsibility Steady pipeline of high-end custom projects [Health insurance / 401k / PTO if applicable] Why This Job is Different You won't be framing cookie-cutter houses You'll work on custom homes and remodels. $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
