The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be capable of leading projects from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with other tradespeople. The Lead Carpenter will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including but not limited to: Framing Trim Siding Window and door installation Craftsman wood working skills Roof installation and repair Masonry work Tile laying Remodeling projects Water damage restoration Fire damage restoration Storm damage restoration Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to work 40 plus hours a week Minimum 2 years experience Positive enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic Tools necessary for the trade Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Communication skills Benefits Paid holidays and vacation after vetting Company vehicle after proven experience and dedication We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Lead Carpenter who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering exceptional results.
