ECS is Hiring - Join Our Team at Evergreen Construction Services! Are you looking to grow your skills, take your career to the next level, or start fresh in the trades? Evergreen Construction Services (ECS) is now hiring full-time construction team members to join our crew! Based in Barrington and Milton, NH, we specialize in: Custom carpentry Additions and remodels Historical colonial home restoration and modification Our projects span Southern NH and Southern Maine, from the Lakes Region to the Seacoast. Who We're Looking For We're seeking energetic, dependable, and motivated team members at all levels— from eager-to-learn apprentices to seasoned carpenters ready to lead.
Ideal candidates will:
Have 5+ years of frame-to-finish carpentry/building experience (preferred, not required). Bring a positive attitude and thrive in a team setting. Be capable of working independently when needed. Enjoy learning new skills and mentoring others. Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking to produce high-quality work efficiently. Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills. Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors. Take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. Be willing to pitch in on all aspects of a project—demo, moving materials, cleanup, and more. Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in all seasons, and at heights. Have reliable transportation to and from job sites. No Experience? No Problem. If you're new to the trades but eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
