Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Execute remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces from start to finish. Perform plaster work and trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of interiors. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Assemble furniture and fixtures as needed during remodeling projects. Lay tile with precision to ensure durability and visual appeal in renovated areas. Carry out construction painting tasks to finish surfaces according to design specifications. Install cabinetry, countertops, and other fixtures as part of the remodeling process. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on materials and design choices. Skills Proficiency in trim carpentry. Experience in the restoration industry with a keen eye for detail. Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols in a construction environment. Ability to assemble various components accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of tile laying techniques for both floors and walls. Skills in construction painting, ensuring high-quality finishes on all surfaces. Capable of performing installations of various fixtures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
