Come join our exceptional team! We're hiring Shop Carpenters, Builders, and CNC Operators for our growing Second Shift team in Keene. If you're ready for a rewarding hands-on role with higher pay, long weekends, and a great team culture—this is your opportunity.

Shift Details:

• Training Period (90 days): Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM

Regular Hours:

Monday-Thursday | 2:30 PM

• 1:00 AM
• 3-Day Weekend Every Week! (Fridays Off)

Second Shift Differential:

+$4.00/hour on top of base pay

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building walls, roofs, and floors in our modern, climate-controlled facility
• Working with framing, sheathing, insulation, air sealing, and bundling
• Installing windows and doors
• Operating CNC machinery and forklifts

What You Bring:

• A desire to learn and apply innovative, sustainable building techniques
• Carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience (we pay for experience!)
• Comfort using tools, reading measurements, and working with your hands
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• CNC or AutoCAD experience is a plus
