Job Duties Perform all phases of commercial carpentry from framing through finish work Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Layout, frame, and install walls, blocking, doors, windows, and other structural components Install trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and finish carpentry details Complete punch list items and ensure quality workmanship Safely operate hand tools and power tools Work independently and with other trades to meet project schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Requirements 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to the Manchester job site Basic hand tools and
