Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure precise installation, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, contributing to the successful completion of projects on time and to client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for carpenters passionate about craftsmanship, precision, and creating beautiful, durable spaces. Duties Install interior and exterior trim, moldings, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and other woodwork with precision. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking to cut, shape, assemble, and install various wood construction materials. Perform fixture installation such as hardware, and custom features according to project requirements. Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and craftsmanship excellence. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless workflow. Skills Experience with residential carpentry including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and flooring installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper power tool safety protocols. Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards within the restoration industry or general construction environment is highly valued. $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
