  • Exeter, NH Job Overview KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center is seeking a skilled, detail-driven High-End Carpenter to join our elite construction team in Exeter, NH.
This full-time, year-round role offers the chance to work on custom, high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels in a collaborative, climate-controlled environment. If you're an expert craftsperson with deep knowledge of cabinetry, flooring, and interior finishes—and want to work indoors through all seasons—this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities Install high-end kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, flooring, vanities, and surrounding finish materials with precision. Interpret and execute design plans, blueprints, and sketches accurately. Frame and build structures including window frames, staircases, and interior walls. Install drywall, siding, insulation, hardwood floors, and other finish elements. Perform product inspections and necessary repairs or maintenance. Maintain clean and safe work environments while following OSHA and company safety standards. Set up scaffolding or temporary structures as needed for job execution. Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members. Work independently or collaboratively depending on project scope. Use a variety of tools and materials safely and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry, finish work, and custom cabinetry installation. Skilled in accurate measurement, layout, and carpentry techniques. Familiarity with a wide range of construction tools and materials. Ability to read blueprints and follow complex instructions precisely. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent physical condition, stamina, and hand-eye coordination. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Exeter-based job sites. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background and drug screenings. Benefits Top pay based on skills and experience ($25
